Description
A native New Englander and former ski coach, Mike has been providing successful real estate experiences since 2008. Extending the same thoughtful, service-oriented attention, and marketing skills regardless of price point, Mike assists his clients with the purchase or sale of investment and residential properties in and around Park City. A resident since 2000, Mike takes full advantage of the slopes and bike trails whenever possible, bringing his vast awareness of the local area’s outdoor activities, communities, and real estate market to his clients’ needs.
Prior to joining the Sotheby’s International Realty network, Mike served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a fast-growing, publically-traded software company. It was his many years as a ski-racing coach catering to professional and Olympic-level skiers, as well] as an avid cyclist, that eventually led Mike to Park City. After seeing the recreational and potential real estate opportunities the area afforded, Mike moved to the ski town, became a realtor, and fully devoted himself to the business of investment properties.
The easy integration into the skiing and cycling communities of Park City has made the switch to real estate rewarding on many levels. In his work, Mike gets to spend time with enthusiastic, like-minded clients; those with the same passion for the area’s superior ski resorts and its many investment opportunities in the prosperous and growing region. As a realtor, Mike sets himself apart by using both his knowledge of Park City and his experience in technology, to market properties and navigate his clients in the fast-paced and evolving real estate market.
Mike balances work and play by being involved with the Park City Local Organizing Committee for the Tour of Utah pro-cycling stage race, and as a board member of the Stay Park City Cycling Club. He can also be found enjoying the abundant Park City trail system with his wife and Australian Shepherd.
